This passed Sunday, my cousin Theo and his friend took me to the Santa Monica Promenade. It's a pretty posh outdoor mall with street performers. I really like the above picture for some reason. Something about sitting beside a homeless dude in a really fancy area almost sums up Los Angeles in a really odd way. The best camera we had was an iPhone, but the pictures still turned out nice.
There are some really cool break dancers who perform there regularly. I forgot his name, but this guy is from Mexico rocking a Blue Jays shirt. Pretty rad.
This video is from another user's account from a different date. But he's the dude in the light blue tee. The rest of these dancers are really amazing.
A lame attempt at posing like a statue at the massive Nike store. Go Tar Heels!
This is the view of Santa Monica from the food court on the upper level. You don't see it, but the beach looks amazing.
